Hope Grace and Opportunity, Incorporated (HGO) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of youth and families. Our Vision consists of strategies to rebuild families and secure their future in an effort to provide a better quality of life. Parents will indelibly be a vital part of our organization as we move toward empowering them to make choices that are more informed for their families; parenting support groups, counseling services, and workshops will further promote our work in improving self-esteem and developing healthy relationships. We are moving towards rebuilding our communities by providing individuals with a strong sense of stability in all areas of their life.

Our Mission is to instill hope, while providing opportunities for growth and change for all members of the family. To implement our Mission, we will use a three-stage community intervention program geared towards assisting families who struggle with issues such as affordable housing, quality education for their children, sustainable employment, and safe and secure recreational activities. In many of our low-income neighborhoods, our children face the harsh realities of growing up in single parent homes that lack the necessary supports to maintain a family.
